• Please ensure your email address and telephone number is correct.
• Please bring photo ID e.g. Passport or Home Office Card.
• If you have had an assessment in the last year you do not need to book another appointment, please email us at reachswansea@gcs.ac.uk

From August to September assessments are in high demand. Limited spaces are available. Please stay patient while we put assessments on the booking form.
We advise people to look to book for an assessment with REACH from October to July to avoid disappointment.
